Delete Account

Permanently delete your JJY Orders login and personal app access.

Delete directly in JJY Orders

Signed-in users can delete their own login without emailing us.

  1. Open JJY Orders on Android, iPhone or the Web App.
  2. Log in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Open the menu and choose Settings.
  4. Under Account, choose Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the warnings and enter your password when asked.

What is deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication login.
  • Your own JJY Orders customer registration/access record.
  • Your UID-to-restaurant access mapping.
  • Account/session data stored locally on that device, including queued orders belonging to that deleted login where applicable.

What is not automatically deleted

Deleting a staff login does not delete the restaurant/customer business account. Historical orders, dockets and other business records may be retained where reasonably necessary for order processing, customer service, accounting, audit or legal record-keeping.
